PARCONTX, LLC respects the privacy of people who visit our website, install our web app, contact our company, use a PARCONTX customer portal, or use an authorized field-team account.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we may receive information you provide such as your name, phone number, email address, general project location, project type, budget range, desired timing, planning stage, project details, and optional photos or plans. We may also receive the page used to contact us, referring source, campaign tags, standard website analytics used to understand website performance, and limited technical information used to protect the inquiry form from spam or abuse.

Installed app permissions

Installing the PARCONTX web app does not give PARCONTX access to your phone contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera, text messages, or location. Your device may ask for permission only when you deliberately use a feature that needs it, such as choosing a photo to upload or recording a jobsite clock event.

Field-team location and reports

Authorized team members can view assigned work and submit jobsite time, progress photos, questions, issues, and delivery reports. Location is requested only when a team member deliberately taps Clock in or Clock out. The app records that point, its available accuracy, and a server timestamp; it does not continuously track or collect background location. Authorized PARCONTX office staff can review these records for scheduling, project coordination, timekeeping, safety, and business documentation.

Customer portals

A customer portal may contain customer contact details, project location, project phase, progress, milestones, updates, and payment-request history. Portal links are private access keys. Customers should not forward them, post them publicly, or share them with anyone who should not see the project information.

Payments

Payment requests open a secure checkout page operated by the identified payment provider. PARCONTX does not collect or store full card numbers or bank account credentials in this app. The payment provider processes that financial information under its own privacy and security terms.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, route inquiries to the right team, communicate about requested services, manage active projects, present payment requests, schedule and coordinate field work, maintain time and progress records, improve our website and marketing, maintain business records, protect the website from abuse, and comply with applicable requirements. We do not sell personal information.

Project files

Optional photos, plans, and other files submitted with a project inquiry or field report are stored privately and used to evaluate, coordinate, document, and respond to that project. Please do not submit financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or other information that is not needed for the project.

Service providers

We may use reputable providers for website hosting, file storage, analytics, email, forms, customer communications, authentication, and payment processing. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Your choices

You may contact us to request an update or deletion of information you previously submitted, subject to legitimate business and legal recordkeeping requirements.
